The gorge case with large escapement viewing glass to the top with repeat button, the base resting on a further plinth with well cast dragon feet to each angle, the dial with finely cast foliate gilt-brass mask to a white enamel Roman and Arabic chapter disc with blued steel hands and signed Leroy & Fils 13 & 15 Palais Royal Paris 211 Regent Street London, alarm disc below, the movement with large frosted gilt lever escapement platform with wide diameter bimetallic balance, twin spring barrels, strike/repeat/alarm on a gong on the backplate with stamp for Drocourt No. 10275 and further numbered 12312 and engraved repassée par Leroy & Fils Palais Royal 13 & 15 Paris
