A George III mahogany striking table clock

The case with brass handle to the bell top, glazed sides, chamfered angles, moulded base on block feet, the breakarch dial signed John Vidion Feversham on a silvered sector in the matted centre, pierced blued steel hands, silvered Roman and Arabic chapter ring, matted centre, calendar aperture above VI, foliate brass spandrels, strike/silent ring in the arch, the five pillar twin fusee movement with original pivoted verge escapement, rack strike on a bell above the plates, trip repeat, the backplate profusely engraved with foliage and a central basket of flowers to the top, similarly engraved securing brackets to the case
