Slightly tapering cylindrical, with moulded and reeded borders, the scroll handle with volute thumbpiece, the lower body chased with a band of acanthus foliage, the upper body and cover with bands of scrolling foliage and flowers, the cover with shaped lip, the handle engraved 'E*L', marked on side, cover and handle
