stamped with the signature 'Degas' (Lugt 658), numbered and stamped with the foundry mark '33/L Cire Perdue A.A.Hébrard' (on the base)
bronze with brown patina
Height: 16¾ in. (42.5 cm.)
Original wax version executed in 1882-1895; this bronze version cast between 1919-1937 and later in an edition of 22 numbered from A to T, plus two casts reserved for the Degas heirs and the founder Hébrard
