Both Claude Galle (1759-1815) and André-Antoine Ravrio (1759-1814) executed triangular sectioned candlesticks with flaming nozzles, such as those supplied by the latter to Princess Caroline Murat's boudoir at the Palais de l'Elysée circa 1806-1808 (H. Ottomeyer, P. Pröschel et.al, Vergoldete Bronzen, Munich, 1986, vol. II, p. 692, fig. 18 a-c).
