A George IV mahogany, brass-inlaid and brass-mounted striking table clock, circa 1825
With loop handles above tracery sound frets to the sides, on later ball feet, the white painted Roman dial signed FRODSHAM/Gracechurch St/LONDON, brass moon hands, the eight day twin gut fusee movement with shouldered plates joined by five pillars, anchor escapement and strike on bell, with stamped repeat signature to back plate with pendulum holdfast -- 20 in. (51 cm.) high
