A Bielby white-enamelled port decanter and a stopper

Of mallet shape, named in capital letters within a scroll cartouche issuant with fruiting-vine and branches of foliage, and suspended by chain ornament from the shoulder, the reverse with a flower-spray, the neck with an insect in flight beneath a band of foliage, the ball stopper enclosing tears (enamelling slightly discoloured)
