By George Owen, with gilt petal-formed neck, scroll handle and satyr-mask terminal, pierced with a band of gilt 'jewelled' honeycomb pattern below a white 'jewelled' and gilt band, the lower-part painted by E. Phillips with continuous pink and yellow rose garlands, signed, on a socle base (minute wear to gilding)
