By George Owen, with two strap handles terminating in beast masks, pierced to the top section with a geometric band enriched with gilt 'jewels' below a white and gilt 'jewelled' band, painted by E. Phillips with a continuous garland of pink and yellow roses, signed, on gadrooned circular foot (minute wear)
