a pair of silver gilt and enamel cufflinks, both bearing enamelled M.C.C. colours and inscribed "C.W., South Africa 1948-49", in original box; a handwritten letter from R.H. Spooner to Cyril Washbrook, wishing Washbrook and the M.C.C. team luck on the South African tour, dated 13/10/48; a M.C.C. Visit to Southern Africa souvenir itinerary booklet; an M.C.C. Touring Team South Africa 1948-49 christmas card; a passport belonging to Mr C.Washbrook, bearing photograph, signature and various customs stamps 1946-1951; twenty-two cigarette cards, including Bradman, Miller, Hassett, Hutton and Washbrook, one bearing Washbrook's signature; and a studio portrait photograph of Washbrook, taken for the film "The Final Test", with information on the film attached to back of mount, 11¼ x 9¼in.
