Gaston, 1931", Padwick 7583; a collection of eight handwritten letters from W.G. Grace to Charles Blundell, dated Eltham, Kent, 1 January 1910 to 12 September 1915, six two page, two one page. Letters reveal Grace's concern over his sons fighting in the War and discuss various hunts with "the Beagles", in one letter Grace comments, "Have you killed all the rabbits, if not I am disengaged all next week except Tuesday"; with a postcard showing W.G. Grace and Charles Blundell in shooting apparel, the reverse inscribed "Best Wishes for Xmas and New Year 1913-14, Mr and Mrs C. Blundell, Halstead", addressed to Mr R.B. Saunders, Blackheath; and various press clippings relating to W.G. Grace. (10)
