A builder's half model of the tug boat Orion

built up in ten lifts of yellow pine. The model has been carved, shaped and faired to the proposed hull line with a graceful sheer, defined stern, and a blunt bow. The model is mounted on a blackened backboard with a gold border and the name and date in gold at the bottom center of the backboard
