Lot Essay

Swift of Norfolk had an LOA 0f 49ft, a Beam 15ft-7in and a draft of 6ft-3in with a weight of 46 tons. Mr. Bond, British Consul to the Middle and Southern States of America, purchased swift for 428 Spanish dollars as a dispatch boat.
