the tip of the centre stick carved with a profile of the King painted in grey wash, the other sticks pierced with fleurs de lys, the lower sticks pierced and clouté with steel in a serpentine design, the royal blue ribbon gilt with fleurs de lys --6.25in., French, circa 1814, (six sticks broken)
