An okubi-e [bust portrait] of the actor Ichikawa Omezo I in the role of Sekibei, the barrier watchman in the play Tsumoru koi yuki no seki no to performed at the Ichimura theatre in 7/1803, signed Toyokuni ga, published by Matsumura Tatsuemon, fine impression, very good colours (blue background), very good condition, slight trimming on right-hand side, with the actor's name added by brush at the top right
