A circular iron heianjozogan tsuba decorated with drums in gilt metal and copper; a mokkogata iron tsuba with irregular piercings, signed Yamakichibei, 18th Century; an aoigata tsuba with inome re-entrant corners, decorated with tiny makimono with slight gilt detail, signed Shigenobu, 18th Century; a large oval kikigata tsuba with radiating spokes and one hitsuana, Saotome style, probably early 17th Century; a circular iron tsuba, bamboo and clematis on a bamboo trellis in soft metal, signed Aizu ju Shoami, 18th Century; and a circular iron tsuba with bamboo in a stylised design in brass inlay, Heianjozogan style, 17th Century
