Accompanied by a certificate of registration as the 26th Juyo Token [Important sword] no. 6669, issued by the Nihon Bijutsu Token Hozon Kyokai [Society for the Preservation of the Japanese Art Sword] on 2 March 1979.
The sword smith was the son of Souemon Yoshiie who was a pupil of the first generation of Tadayoshi. He became Harima Daijo in 1636 and Harima no kami was given later. This is by the first generation Tadakuni, there were several subsequent generations.
