A Scottish 19th Century ram's head snuff mull,
the spiralling horns with unmarked silver thistle terminals and with vacant shield-shaped cartouches, the central gilt-lined snuff box chased with thistles and inset with a faceted rock crystal, with four tools attached to chains, these comprising: a wooden mallet, a hare's foot brush, a rake and a spoon with pierced bowl - 16½in. (42cm.) overall.
