Belgian manufacture, triggerplate action of boxlock form, manual safe, fully-selective single-trigger with integral safe-slide and barrel-selector switch, gold-washed trigger, the action-body and triggerguard gold-encrusted with scenes of American Pintail in their naturalistic habitats, the whole surrounded by bold foliate-scrolls on a matt ground, signed 'E.VOS', cyanide-hardened finish overall, highly-figured stock with semi-pistolgrip and ornate borderwork, the barrels with matt ventilated top-rib and intermediate bead-sight
