Two similar Irish brass register grates with were sold Newton Park House, Co.Dublin, Christie's/Hamilton & Hamilton, 20 September 1976, lots 23 and 112, engraved respectively with maker's names Mason, Dublin and Jno. & Jno. Clarke, Dublin. Two by another Dublin ironmonger George Binns are at Castle Coole.
