Two triptychs, Taira no Tadamori Mido hoshi o toraeru zu (Taira no Tadamori captures the priest Mido), c. 1883-84, signed Hoensha Kiyochika hitsu, sealed Kobayashi, published by Hara Taneaki, carved by Horiko Gin; second, Akechi Samanosuke Mitsuharu kosui noriuchi Karasaki matsu no zu (View of the Karasaki Pine as Akechi Samanosuke Mitsuharu rides across Lake Biwa), 1899.2.7, signed Kiyochika hitsu, sealed Kobayashi Kiyochika and published by Takegawa Seikichi (Kokkeido)--very good impressions, good color, soiled, stained, creased, hinges attached to upper corners verso, first with repaired worming and backed, second with bottom margins trimmed
