Designed in colored enamels and worked in silver wires on the cover with a circular panel of a coiling dragon on a mustard-yellow ground, the sides of the cover and body designed in gilt wire with a floral diaper pattern, the mounts gilt metal; signed on a silver tablet mounted on base
