PROVENANCE:
The Fine Art Society.
Mullins exhibited a plaster at The Royal Academy 1894 (No. 1790) and a bronze version at The Royal Academy 1895 (No. 1675).
Mullins studied at the Lambeth school of Art and shared a studio with Onslow Ford in Munich. He returned to London around 1874 exhibiting at the Grosvenor and New Galleries and the R.A.
