Comprising the Temples of Castor and Pollux, Vespasian and Saturn

A pair of similar bronzed spelter temple models, a single bronze column, a red marble vase, two pottery vases, a pottery bowl of classical form and a framed print of the Collosseum (11)

Lot Essay

The three bronze temple models were used as photographic props by Angus McBean in his 1948 self-portrait which is in the National Portrait Gallery collection (NPG P935).
