The rectangular cornice with acroteria corners inlaid with harewood roundels and centred by an arched panel with a satinwood roundel, with reeded end-posts and leaf-wrapped stems, above an arched footboard inlaid with a satinwood ellipse, on square legs and castors, with boxspring and later head panel, hung with cream foliate silk hangings, one silk tasselled tie-back, the head panel previously with light fixtures
