(21x12.7cm.); accompanied by a typescript letter from Bob Wooler, signed, 9th February, 1998, on vintage Cavern Club headed stationery, stating that the flyer ...was given to me at the time by Beatle George Harrison... 1p. Beatles' concert-related material from such an early date is scarce, and rarely appears at auction.

The Beatles' appearance at Aldershot on 9th December was their first performance in the south of England. It has become notorious with hindsight for the lack of an audience due to poor publicity.
