All his three sons were involved with furniture design and manufacture. The most famous became Alfred Chambon (1884-1973). He was the one to show at the Universal Exhibition held in Paris in 1925. He is known as the most innovative force in the family, producing his high quality modern designs through his company Anciens Etablissements Alban Chambon
