The case with swan neck pediment and inlaid with foliate cut mother-of-pearl, the tapering trunk with hygrometer above glazed mercury thermometer, with convex brass bezel and glass to 8in. diameter silvered dial, the spirit level below, signed T. WILSON/Market Hill/Cambridge
