A PAIR OF PALE GREENISH-WHITE JADE MUGHAL-STYLE BEAKER VASES, FANGGU
Of rectangular section with very thin and translucent walls, carved in low relief with upright blades and angular scrolls on the neck, taotie masks on the mid-section and lotus meander weaving through angular scrolls on the reticulated lower section, with boss-like flanges on the corners and key-fret borders at the rims, raised on a waisted base carved in relief on top with a flowerhead and with pierced scroll aprons joining the four ruyi-head feet
