AN UNUSUAL SMALL EEL SKIN-GLAZED VASE
YONGZHENG IMPRESSED SEAL MARK AND POSSIBLY OF THE PERIOD (1723-1735)
The rounded body rising to the edge of the sloped shoulder which continues into the slightly tapering neck, covered with a mottled yellowish olive-green matte glaze shading to dark russet on the mouth rim, the base similarly glazed around the tortoiseshell glaze covering the nianhao, and the foot rim glazed black
