Vishnu reclining on the body of a multi-headed serpent, a lotus issuing from his navel supporting the four-headed Brahma and holding a manuscript in each of his four hands, Vishnu's consort Lakshmi kneeling at right and massaging his feet, his attributes placed beside him; blue foliate inner border, yellow margin, black rules, speckled pink outer border
