CIRCA 1760, THE GOLD FRENCH MOUNTS 19TH CENTURY
Of conical form, the gilt-metal cover and stopper engraved with a flower, the scent-bottle moulded in relief with a youth chasing a bird, holding a black wide-brimmed hat in his outstretched arm, a dog in a kennel and two insects to his right, within a wooded landscape, the underside gilt with a flowering branch, gilt dentil rim (restored footrim chip, slight rubbing)
