Flowery, very drinkable, maturing nicely in its tenth year. Alongside the 'regular' Cabernet Sauvignon it was deeper, more intense; beautifully evolved bouquet; packed with fruit. Rich, drinking well in 1988. A decade later, a bottle brought by Christa and Bob Paul and drunk with them at Brooks's: excellent, ripe bouquet and flavour, holding well and drinking well. Flawless taste and balance. Last tasted Oct 1998 *****. MB Vintage Wine.
