MARK OF ROBERT GARRARD, LONDON, 1873 AND 1896, ALSO STAMPED HUNT AND ROSKELL
Each of circular section with leaf and scroll motifs on a textured ground, engraved with a coat-of-arms - 9¼in. (23.4cm.) diameter, 120oz.
The arms are those Ward, either for William Ward, 1st Earl of Dudley (1817-1885) or William Humble Ward, 2nd earl of Dudley (1867-1932), lord lieutenant of Ireland and governor-general of Australia (8)
