Designed as a baguette-cut diamond twin line, centering upon a star sapphire, weighing approximately 18.69 carats, within a circular and pear-shaped diamond surround, to the tapered baguette-cut diamond borders, extending similarly-set shoulders, to the vari-cut diamond foliate links, each centering upon a cabochon sapphire, weighing approximately 4.82 and 4.90 carats, mounted in platinum, 7¼ ins.
