Madame Yvonne Le Baron Coty was the wife of famous French perfumer and brilliant businessman, Francois Coty. Monsieur Coty revolutionized the world of perfume, creating an international manufacturing network and even partnering with René Lalique to create the first designer perfume bottle. The Coty name remains legendary in modern perfumery, and many still visit two of the most famous of their numerous residences, Chateau d'Artigny in the Loire Valley and Chateau du Barry in Louvenciennes.
