Lot Essay

Johannes San St. Pietro, is recorded to have had his workshop at Lange Viesteeg in Utrecht, probably from 1782 until 1792 when he sold his workshop to C.A. Poletta. See, B. Bolle, Barometers, Lochem, 1978, p. 144.
