A detailed builder's model of the single screw cargo ship S.S. 'Lena'. Measurements overall -- 20 x 96in. (50.7 x 244cm.)
With masts, anchor with 'D' chain and winch, cleats and bollards, deck rails, companionways, ventilators, hatches, deck winches, wheelhouse with open bridge over with ship's wheel, binnacle and engine room telegraph, engine room lights, aft steering position, lockers and two ship's boats with bottom boards and thwarts. The hull, with single four bladed propellor and rudder is finished in pink and black with white decks and laquered brass fittings. Original mahogany case with front silvered rear mirror (front glass and buider's plate missing)
