OLD KINGDOM, CIRCA 2200 B.C.
A flask with tapering body and everted rim, rim chipped, 4½ in. (11.5 cm.) high; and a small cylindrical container, 1 7/8 in. (4.7 cm.) high; an anhydrite(?) stone flask with tapering body, probably Middle Kingdom, circa 1800 B.C., 2½ in. (6.5 cm.) high; an alabaster alabastron, with twin lug handles, circa 600 B.C., 4 in. (10.2 cm.) high; a bright turquoise glazed composition eye of Horus, circa 7th-4th Century B.C., 2¼ in. (5.7 cm.) wide; a single bronze eye inlay, circa 4th-1st Century B.C., 2¾ in. (7 cm.) long; and a group of other Egyptian bronze and faience objects, mainly 4th-1st Century B.C.(a lot)

Acquired by the present owner's great great uncle (d. 1940) and late brother.
