Lot Essay

The brig John & Sally, 116 tons, was built in Carmarthen in 1801 and, from her first appearance in Lloyd's Registers much later, she is shown as owned by Davies & Co. with W. Davies as her master. Trading as a coaster out of her home port of Milford (Haven), she disappears from the Registers after 1842.
