Manuscript on polished paper, 288ff. with 15ll. of neat black naskh within red, blue and gold ruled margins, important words in red, gold and polychrome verse markers, sura headings in blue, frequent appearance of gold vegetal ornament amongst text, opening double-page illumination in gold, blue, green and orange in typical late Ottoman style, unusual single page of illumination with prayer and colophon, 18th century brown morocco binding with flap, decorated with large stamped floral medallion -- 6 3/8in. x 4in.
