Compare with Catalogue Number 324B, Catalogue d'Etoffes Anciennes et Modernes decrites par Madame Isabelle Errera, Musées Royaux du Cinqantenaire, Brussels, for a textile which appears identical except for the addition of an intermediate row of seated courtiers. The Errera textile was acquired in 1901 from Baron in Paris and is dated to the 16th/17th century. This dating seems now slightly optimistic
