The 5th Kar.ma.pa De.zhin.gshegs.pa (1384 - 1415) is seated on an elaborate throne with a table supporting offerings in front, holding in both hands the vajra and ghanta, wearing elaborate dresses, specific cap and is in the act of instructing emperor Yongle the Buddhist teachings, several attendants with offerings at the lower side of the painting and Manjusri at the upper border, all placed in a landscape
