The center with birds in a landscape vignette beside a feathery tree, the basket-weave moulded border with scattered flower sprays, lobed gilt-line rim

Lot Essay

Pierre-Louis-Philippe Armand le jeune is recorded at Sèvres as a painter specializing in flowers, birds, patterns and as a gilder 1758-1781.
