STAMPED 'P. ROUSSEL' AND 'JME', CIRCA 1760 AND REMOUNTED
The serpentine-fronted pink and beige marble top above a pair of bombé drawers inlaid sans traverse with a flower-filled cartouche, the sides similarly inlaid, with pierced foliate-cast angles and trailing chutes, on foliate-mounted cabriole legs ending in foliate-cast sabots, with ink inscription '16736/10' beneath marble, with indistinct ink inscription under marble, stamped to left side upright beneath marble, the marble top probably Tretz and possibly replaced, restorations to veneers
