A fine 18th-Century silver universal equinoctial ring dial,
signed G. Adams London, the chapter ring with hours I-XII (x2) on one side and graduations on the inside edge, the bridge with sliding pinhole sight and calendar and zodiac scales, the equinoctial ring graduated with degree scale in two quadrants on one side, 0-90° declination scale on the other and small sliding throne and suspension loop -- 10.3cm. (4in.) dia.
