An attractive [?]19th-Century French Delamarche-pattern tellurion,
unsigned, the 2¼in. dia. terrestrial globe reproduced after Fortin, 1775, with a paper Moon disc held from a brass arm above, over three gear wheels to the central Sun ball with ecliptic pointer, over a 7in. dia ebonized horizon plate with reproduced Zodiac and degree scale ring and gilt decoration to the centre and edging, raised on a baluster turned column and plinth base with gilt floral decoration -- 31.4cm. (12 3/8in.) high
