A painted Grodnerthal dolls' house doll
in contemporary printed muslin frock, apron, petticoat and crinoline, formed by five rows of embroidered cord, circa 1850 --3¼in. (8cm.) high (one lower leg replaced); another with bead necklace, dressed in silk --2½in. (6cm.) high (lower arms missing); and another dressed as a nun in white wool habit with cross and rosary --6in. (15cm.) high (no arms or legs, mouth gone) (3)
