With rebrowned twist barrel rifled with seven grooves, iron back-sight, small iron fore-sight and small lug for a socket bayonet beneath the muzzle, later iron breech tang, bevelled iron lock of perhaps 1803 or Baker 1813 pattern stamped 'GR' crowned and fitted with sliding safety, walnut three-quarter stock, broad slit fore-end, regulation brass mounts including trigger-guard with short finial, later patch-box Baker 1805 pattern, sling swivels, and steel ramrod minutely stamped 'GR' 'EY', Ordnance proof marks (Refreshed)
