of inverted bell shape, on a rising circular foot and with a moulded body band and rim, two leaf-capped double scroll handles and a rococo baluster finial, the body and cover each later-chased with rococo flowers, foliage, birds and architectural vignettes, each side engraved with an armorial within an erased C-scroll cartouche, maker's initials I.W. in script, London 1752 - 11¾in. (29.75cm.), 52oz.
